Transport Club – Premium Private Chauffeur Service

Transport Club is a Paris-based company specializing in the transportation of people with high-end private chauffeurs.

These conditions define the terms and conditions for booking and executing transport services.

All reservations imply full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Booking and confirmation

Reservations can be made

• Via the website
• By email
• By telephone or message

Reservations become binding after written confirmation from Transport Club. Transport Club reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with safety or operating conditions.

3. Nature of services

Transport Club offers :

• Station and airport transfers
• Hourly availability
• Long-distance travel
• Event and corporate services
• VIP services and transport concierge

Transport Club guarantees a premium vehicle category. The exact model depends on availability.

4. Pick-up and waiting time included

The driver is available up to 15 minutes in advance at no extra charge.

Waiting time included :

• Private address or hotel, 15 minutes
• Railway station, 30 minutes
• Airport, 60 minutes after flight landing communicated

Beyond this, waiting time is charged at the current hourly rate.

5. Pricing and surcharges

Confirmed rates include

• Chauffeur-driven vehicle
• The fuel
• Professional insurance
• Waiting time included

The following surcharges may apply

• Exceeding reserved time
• Stops or route changes
• Additional mileage
• Prolonged waiting
• Specific requests or customized services

6. Cancellation and modification

• Free cancellation in Paris up to 3 hours before pick-up
• Free cancellation in the Paris region up to 24 hours in advance

After this deadline, the service will be invoiced in full. Any change may result in a revised price.

7. No-shows

If the customer does not show up after the waiting time has expired, the service is due in full.

8. Luggage and passengers

The customer must respect the capacity of the vehicle reserved.

Transport Club may refuse to provide the service if safety conditions are not met.

9. On-board behavior

Respect for the driver and the vehicle is required.

It is forbidden :

• Smoking
• Unauthorized consumption of food
• Damaging the vehicle

Cleaning or downtime charges may apply.

10. Payment

Payment is made

• By secure payment link
• By bank terminal
• By bank transfer

The invoice is sent by email.

11. Liability

Transport Club is committed to providing quality service.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays related to

• Traffic
• Weather conditions
• Exceptional events or force majeure

Forgotten items remain the responsibility of the customer.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
