conditions define the terms and conditions for booking and executing transport services.<\/div>\n<div>All reservations imply full acceptance of these conditions.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>2. Booking and confirmation<\/h3>\n<p>Reservations can be made<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via the website<\/li>\n<li>By email<\/li>\n<li>By telephone or message<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reservations become binding after written confirmation from Transport Club. Transport Club reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with safety or operating conditions. <\/p>\n<h3>3. Nature of services<\/h3>\n<p>Transport Club offers :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Station and airport transfers<\/li>\n<li>Hourly availability<\/li>\n<li>Long-distance travel<\/li>\n<li>Event and corporate services<\/li>\n<li>VIP services and transport concierge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transport Club guarantees a premium vehicle category. The exact model depends on availability. <\/p>\n<h3>4. Pick-up and waiting time included<\/h3>\n<p>The driver is available up to 15 minutes in advance at no extra charge.<\/p>\n<p>Waiting time included :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private address or hotel, 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Railway station, 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Airport, 60 minutes after flight landing communicated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beyond this, waiting time is charged at the current hourly rate.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Pricing and surcharges<\/h3>\n<p>Confirmed rates include<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chauffeur-driven vehicle<\/li>\n<li>The fuel<\/li>\n<li>Professional insurance<\/li>\n<li>Waiting time included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following surcharges may apply<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceeding reserved time<\/li>\n<li>Stops or route changes<\/li>\n<li>Additional mileage<\/li>\n<li>Prolonged waiting<\/li>\n<li>Specific requests or customized services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Cancellation and modification<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation in Paris up to 3 hours before pick-up<\/li>\n<li>Free cancellation in the Paris region up to 24 hours in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After this deadline, the service will be invoiced in full. Any change may result in a revised price. <\/p>\n<h3>7. No-shows<\/h3>\n<p>If the customer does not show up after the waiting time has expired, the service is due in full.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Luggage and passengers<\/h3>\n<p>The customer must respect the capacity of the vehicle reserved.<\/p>\n<p>Transport Club may refuse to provide the service if safety conditions are not met.<\/p>\n<h3>9. On-board behavior<\/h3>\n<p>Respect for the driver and the vehicle is required.<\/p>\n<p>It is forbidden :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smoking<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized consumption of food<\/li>\n<li>Damaging the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cleaning or downtime charges may apply.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Payment<\/h3>\n<p>Payment is made<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By secure payment link<\/li>\n<li>By bank terminal<\/li>\n<li>By bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The invoice is sent by email.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Liability<\/h3>\n<p>Transport Club is committed to providing quality service.<\/p>\n<p>The company cannot be held responsible for delays related to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traffic<\/li>\n<li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional events or force majeure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forgotten items remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<h3>12.
